My qualifications aren't showing up on my FAN. What do i need to do?

If you have completed a coaching qualification in the past. There a numbers of things you can do:

1 - Check other email accounts which you may have previously logged into. Most of the time, Coaches who have previously completed Coaching courses have multiple FAN accounts. These can be De-duped into one account, please contact the County FA to support.

2 - If you have a physical copy of certificate, or any records proving attendance of a course. Then you can contact The FA to upload to you FAN account via their help portal. https://help.thefa.com/support/home

3 - The FA Level 1 and 2 in Coaching Football certificates are issued by 1st4sport who are the awarding body for these qualifications. You will need to contact them directly on cst@1st4sportqualifications.com to order a replacement certificate. There is a £36 charge for replacement certificates from 1st4sport.
